Cynthia Osborn Art 2 Drawing

I faced my fear of color and color blending!
And this time I made sure I added a shadow. >.>

Objects. Table buddy Leighton and I liked the way all these ojects looked together and all were made from different materials. So we figured that would be fun.

Medium. Colored pencils

Self Critique. This turned out much better than I expected. I worked really hard to get good value in this, and I tried to use lots of colors and mix them well so it looked more like the actual object. I don’t like how the horseshoe turned out; it looks a little weird to me. I think that the candle holder turned out really nice and I think all the colors I used on the boot blended well together. But adding a background makes this very hard! I don’t think I did the best job I could, I just made it look very fuzzy and blurry on purpose. AND UGH! The shadow! I do NOT think I did the best job there…but at least I added one this time…hah.
